Set on two wooded acres overlooking Kentucky Lake, the Chalet offers beautiful water views, a private covered dock, two jet-ski pads, and easy access to the lake with a 4-seat mule. It’s the kind of place where families can slow down, reconnect, and enjoy simple moments together—morning coffee on the wrap-around deck, afternoons on the water, and evenings in the hot tub or gathered around the fire pit under the stars.
Inside, the home features three levels of comfortable living space, giving everyone room to spread out while still feeling connected. The main level has an open living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully stocked kitchen, and a bedroom with two queen beds. Upstairs, the loft serves as a fun hangout for kids and includes extra sleeping space, while the master suite offers peaceful sunrise views. The lower level adds even more space to gather, complete with a game room, bar, TV area, full bath, and a bedroom with flexible sleeping arrangements. With room for up to 14 guests and multiple spaces to relax, the Chalet makes it easy for families and friends to enjoy Kentucky Lake together.
